RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at besweetchic.shop. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://besweetchic.shop/ and explains our voluntary return service, the statutory withdrawal rights available to consumers in the European Union, and the procedures for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

2. Our 30-Day Voluntary Return Period

besweetchic.shop offers a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a voluntary return, the product must:

• Be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered;
• Be free from stains, cosmetic marks, perfume, odours and signs of wear;
• Include all original tags, accessories, protective materials and components;
• Be returned in its original product packaging where reasonably possible; and
• Be packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.

You may reasonably try on clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories to assess their appearance, fit and characteristics, in the same way that you would normally inspect them in a physical store.

The conditions of our voluntary return service do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under Italian or European Union law.

3. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Italy or another country within the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day when you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

If one order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period generally begins when the final item is received. If an item is delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the period generally begins upon receipt of the final lot or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to info@besweetchic.shop stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Include your name, order number and the product concerned.

Sending the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient. You do not need to provide a reason or obtain prior approval.

4. Returning Goods After Withdrawal

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after communicating your decision to withdraw.

Please contact us before shipping the parcel so that we can provide the correct return destination and instructions. The sender address shown on the original parcel must not be treated as the return address unless we confirm it in writing.

For eligible returns, besweetchic.shop will provide a standard prepaid return label or another reasonable return arrangement. We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Return Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Products made to the customer’s individual specifications;
• Clearly personalised goods;
• Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for genuine health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and
• Other goods excluded from withdrawal under applicable law.

Because wedding dresses and other garments may sometimes be customised, a wedding dress is excluded only when it has actually been made or materially altered according to the customer’s individual specifications. A standard-size wedding dress is not automatically excluded merely because it is intended for a wedding.

These exceptions do not remove your rights if an item is defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

6. Trying On Clothing and Shoes

Clothing and footwear may be tried on carefully indoors. Items must not be worn for an event, ceremony, extended period or outdoor activity and then returned as unused.

Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean, protected surface. Shoe soles must not show outdoor wear.

Wedding dresses and formal garments must be returned without alterations, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, damage or other signs of event use if the return is made under our voluntary policy.

7. Handbags and Accessories

Handbags and accessories must be returned with their supplied straps, dust bags, protective coverings, inserts and detachable accessories.

Protective films may be removed only as reasonably necessary to inspect the item. Products showing use beyond reasonable inspection may be subject to a lawful diminished-value assessment where applicable.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, contact info@besweetchic.shop as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the problem;
• The name of the affected product; and
• Photographs or video where these can be provided safely and reasonably.

Photographs help us assess the problem but are not an absolute condition for exercising a valid statutory right.

Under EU consumer rules, goods generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

We bear the necessary costs of resolving a valid claim for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

9. Refunds Following Statutory Withdrawal

When a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, we reimburse payments received for the withdrawn purchase without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may lawfully withhold reimbursement until:

• We receive the returned goods; or
• You provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect the goods.

The refund includes the price paid and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered. Our standard delivery is free.

10. Refunds Under the Voluntary Return Policy

For an approved voluntary return made after the statutory withdrawal period, we aim to initiate the refund within seven calendar days after receiving and reasonably inspecting the returned goods.

A mandatory statutory refund deadline always takes priority where it applies.

11. Refund Method

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund to which you are entitled.

Your bank, card issuer or payment service may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. We will email you when the refund has been initiated.

12. Diminished Value

You may inspect goods as reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Under applicable EU law, you may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection, provided the legal requirements for such an assessment have been met.

We do not impose an automatic deduction. Any diminished-value deduction will be explained and based on the actual condition of the returned item.

13. Exchanges

If you would like another size, colour or product, contact info@besweetchic.shop.

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be provided. Requesting an exchange does not require you to surrender a refund or statutory remedy to which you are entitled.

14. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately. We will try to stop processing and shipment.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the return procedure. Dispatch does not remove an eligible statutory withdrawal right.

15. No Restocking Fee

besweetchic.shop does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
